Europe

It is difficult to imagine that I have been to over 17 countries. The first adventure was while in the Air Force; I was assigned to Chile, South America. Living for two years on the economy of a struggling industrial nation was a lot of fun for a younger person. I had time to explore the Chilean countryside from beach to mountain.

I  traveled mostly in the US until the years of 1999 - 2001. Thereafter the most interesting area to travel was in Europe with its rich cultural and historical diversity. However, Asia has to be the most exotic and diverse world to investigate. I have tried to include some personal opinions and travel tips.  Feel free to ignore or accept them as you see fit.
