If you come in by train it is an easy walk to the hotels such as the Merian. The small hotel is close with nearby restaurants (and a pizza parlor). The friendly atmosphere will help you quickly settle in and give you more time for exploring.

One place you would not expect a restaurant with 31 varieties of potato on the menu is in a medieval city. But it is one fine place to try something a little different and the meals are soothing after a good long walk.
Try the soup. Lots of garlic and the wine helps.
