Seoul is along a wide river and the streets are wide also. It seemed quite like the states when I had the opportunity to walk through the city, cars appear to be a necessity. Most time was spent on business but I did take a couple of long walks and enjoyed getting out into the housing areas.

It seems like you can always find a bit of the USA like a  TGIFridays restaurant. Walking amongst the skyscrapers you could almost be downtown in any US city.

The hotel was very comfortable. This was a relief after the small room in Japan. Unfortunately I had little time to enjoy it.
